EV charging in a condo building
If your building has no charger yet, a plug-in hybrid usually makes more sense than a full EV. I'll say so even though the EV is the bigger sale.

Which Volvo fits a tight Arlington condo garage?
The XC40 and EX30 are the easiest. The XC60 fits most garages built after 2000; the XC90 is the one to measure for.
Can you bring the car to me in Arlington?
For a serious buyer, yes — I can arrange a drive-to-you demo or delivery once we've narrowed it to one car.
Is a full EV realistic without home charging?
Only if you have reliable charging at work or nearby. Otherwise I'd point you at the XC60 or XC90 plug-in hybrid.
