XC60
The Volvo most of my clients end up in.
The XC60 is the balance point of the Volvo lineup — big enough for weekends in Shenandoah, refined enough for a Tysons dinner. It's been the brand's best-selling SUV for a decade for good reason.
From the high $40,000s
Send me your must-haves and I'll reply with two or three real XC60s — trim, color, out-the-door pricing — usually within the hour during dealership hours.

Hi, I’m Inna. I put this page together for anyone considering the XC60.
Everything here is what I usually walk my clients through in person — the trims that actually matter, how the powertrains compare, and what the numbers look like. If a question pops up, just text me. I answer fast, and I’ll save you the back-and-forth with the floor.
Available XC60s right now.
The three things I’ll say about the XC60 first.
Two very different personalities
B5 for the traditional buyer, T8 plug-in for 35+ miles of pure electric range on your Fairfax commute.
The most complete Volvo interior
Ultimate trim brings ventilated Nappa seats, Bowers & Wilkins audio, and air suspension — genuinely flagship-grade.
Federal & Virginia tax credits
The T8 plug-in qualifies for federal EV incentives — I'll walk you through what you actually get.

The XC60 is the Volvo most of my clients end up in. Two rows, real cargo room, and a hybrid option if you want it — it's the sweet spot of the lineup.
Refreshed inside and out, the current XC60 offers a B5 mild-hybrid and a genuinely strong T8 plug-in hybrid. The cabin uses the same materials as the XC90 — real wood, Nordico, and the vertical Google display — in a package that still fits in a townhouse garage.
- Families of four who don't need a third row
- Buyers cross-shopping the Audi Q5, Genesis GV70, or Lexus RX
- Anyone with a home charger who wants EV commuting with gas-engine flexibility
- Weekend travelers heading to the mountains or the shore
Ways to drive it.
2.0L turbo with 48V hybrid assist, standard AWD.
Turbo + supercharged 2.0L paired with a rear electric motor. Charges on a standard Level 2 home charger in ~5 hours.

Honest answer: if you can charge at home and your daily drive is under about thirty miles, the Recharge wins. If you can't, don't pay for the plug — the B5/B6 is the better buy.
Safety, cabin, technology.
- City Safety with intersection auto-brake
- Pilot Assist semi-autonomous driving up to 80 mph
- Blind Spot with Steer Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic with Auto Brake
- 360° Surround View with 3D visualization (Plus + Ultimate)
- Park Pilot Assist — the XC60 will park itself, parallel or perpendicular
- Nordico, City Weave, or ventilated Fine Nappa Leather
- Real driftwood, linear walnut, or metal-mesh décor
- Panoramic moonroof standard on Plus and Ultimate
- 4-zone climate control on Ultimate
- Heated rear seats and heated steering wheel available
- 9" Google built-in infotainment
- 12.3" driver display with map view
- Head-up display (Ultimate)
- Bowers & Wilkins 15-speaker audio option — one of the best OEM systems made
- Wireless charging, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto

Almost everyone who test drives one mentions the same two things afterwards: how quiet it is, and Pilot Assist on the Beltway. That's what you're actually buying.
The numbers, briefly.

Two rear-facing seats fit comfortably with a full-size stroller behind them. That's the question I get asked most, so I'll just answer it here.
What an XC60 actually costs
Between new, Certified by Volvo and pre-owned, there's usually an XC60 at most budgets — and the gap between a Plus and an Ultimate is often smaller in monthly payment than people expect. Tell me your trade and target payment and I'll show you where the money actually goes.
Plug-in hybrid (Recharge) buyers: incentive eligibility changes — I'll confirm what applies to you today before you count on it.
Text me for today’s numbers“I don't want a hard sell.”
You'll deal with me, start to finish. If an XC90 or a used XC60 is the smarter buy, I'll tell you that.
“I don't want to spend a day at a dealership.”
Most of my clients do the whole thing by text and show up once — to drive it and sign.
“Will the price change at the desk?”
No. You get the out-the-door number, including fees, before you come in.
“If you charge at home and drive under 40 miles a day, the T8 plug-in changes how you think about gas. Most of my XC60 T8 clients fill up once a month.”
About the XC60.
B5 or T8 — how do I choose?+
Home charger and short commute → T8. No home charger or lots of highway miles → B5. I'll do the math with you.
Does the T8 qualify for tax credits?+
It qualifies for a federal plug-in credit at time of writing. Amount depends on your tax situation — I'll connect you with our finance team for specifics.
Air suspension — worth it?+
On Ultimate, absolutely. It lowers the car at highway speeds, raises it for gravel driveways, and drops for easier loading.

The mistake I see on the XC60: shopping trim first. Start with powertrain and your commute — trim is the easy part after that.
Tell me what you need. I’ll do the sorting.
Send me your must-haves and I'll reply with two or three real XC60s — trim, color, out-the-door pricing — usually within the hour during dealership hours.
